The G.A.N.G. Tutorial Video (G.A.N.G. TV) series is here! The series combines the Mentor Program Online, Project Anaylsis and the new Master Class series. All videos are exclusive to members of G.A.N.G.!
- The Master Class series is a collection of tutorial videos done by the industry’s top game audio professionals.
- The Mentor Program Online will continue as G.A.N.G. TV Live Events, and will take place in the 4th week of each month. The Live Events will feature interactive discussion with a range of Audio professionals.
- The Project Analysis series contains videos created by Stephan Schütze. In these videos Stephan presents an analysis of the audio for some of the most significant games ever created.

The first full Master Class Video is out now and is called “Advice for Independent Composers” and features G.A.N.G.’s newest Lifetime Achievement Award winner Peter McConnell! Peter was the composer for Hearthstone, Broken Age Act 1 and 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Grim Fandango and Kinect Disneyland Adventures as well as many other titles. |

GameSoundCon Submissions Extended till June 23 |

The submission deadline for GameSoundCon has been extended until June 23rd. GameSoundCon features two full days of sessions and panels from the industry’s leading experts on the essentials of video game music and sound design. GameSoundCon will be held November 7-8, 2017 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.
Submissions may be lecture/presentations (25 or 60 minutes), roundtable discussions or panels.
Categories include:
- Game Audio Pro: “GDC-level talks,” aimed at the experienced professional
- Audio for Virtual Reality: A “Conference within a Conference” focusing on VR/AR/MR
- Game Audio Research: Academic or industry research on cutting edge issues in interactive audio
- Game Audio Essentials: “A Game Audio 101” Crash course over 2 days.
