As a member of the game audio community, you may want to attend this discussion about the current state of Los Angeles’ music scoring industry.
Some of the industry’s most recognized and respected veterans will discuss some problems and misconceptions they have run into while working to record live music; issues which not only affect composers and musicians, but engineers, copyists, stage crews, scoring stages, and many others who directly depend on scoring work to remain in Los Angeles.
While the Game Audio Network Guild takes no formal position on any specific issues, we believe it is in the best interest of all our members to be fully educated and informed about the issues at hand.
