Dren is an award winning game audio professional who has worn many hats over the course of many projects (composer, sound designer, audio director) and has shipped over 60 game titles. The indie game “Gathering Sky” won 3 GANG awards for Best Indie Game Audio, Best Sound Design in a Casual Game and Best Article (3 part journal about the audio development of this title.)

He has worked in-house as Audio Director for Loot Drop (Ghost Recon Commander, Pettington Park), and at 6 Waves/LOLapps where he worked on hit titles such as Ravenwood Fair, and Ravenskye City. As director of NERDTRACKS he’s gotten his hands dirty on a bevy of titles and interactive projects for publishers/developers such as Valve, Glu Mobile, Facebook, Razer, Microsoft, 17 Bit, DeNA, Romero Games, PlayFirst, EA, and Disney Interactive on a variety of platforms. He is also a visiting faculty member at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in the Technology and Applied Composition Department, and has previously taught at UC Santa Cruz’ Games and Playable Media graduate program.
