    Bio

    Savina Ciaramella is a seasoned music executive and has produced scores for AAA video games for over 20 years. Her music career began at Walt Disney Records in the A&R department, where she developed award-winning albums and garnered 15 RIAA-certified gold, platinum, and diamond awards for projects such as Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Tarzan, and Disney’s Lullaby Album.

    In 2007, she was appointed by Tom Lee, the President of the American Federation of Musicians National Office, to run the West Coast Office in Los Angeles. She grew the video game division exponentially and administered agreements for Video Games/Interactive/New Media, Motion Picture/TV Film, Student/Festival Film, Theme Parks, and a variety of agreements for theater and special projects.

    After departing the AFM, she became a marketing executive and independent scoring liaison for Skywalker Sound, where she developed new business and coordinated scoring sessions with the Skywalker Symphony Orchestra.

    Savina joined the leadership team at Formosa Interactive/Group in 2016, where she served as Sr. Director of Music Production/Executive Producer until November of 2024. Currently, she is the Sr. Director of Music at Sound Lab, a Keywords Studio, where she leads the music team providing end-to-end music services for film, TV and games, including original score commissioning, score recording production, music supervision, music licensing, AFM and SAG-AFTRA signatory services, soundtrack production, and BTS and music video production. Her clients include Microsoft, Crystal Dynamics, Invoke, Netflix, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Kojima, Epic Games, Riot Games, Tencent Games, Scopely, and Wizards of the Coast. She has collaborated with world-renowned composers such as Alexandre Desplat, Ramin Djawadi, Brian Tyler, and Volker Bertelmann, and recorded premier orchestras and choirs globally for projects such as Call of Duty, God of War, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Fortnite, Honor of Kings, Game for Peace, and League of Legends.

    Savina is also the Executive Director of The Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), Co-Producer of the annual G.A.N.G. Awards, and the Editor-In-Chief of The Audio Source Magazine. She has been a panelist at Game Developers Conference, GameSoundCon, BIG Festival – Brazil, and Game Fête – New Orleans, and has presented at schools including Berklee College of Music, NYU, USC, L.A. Film School, and Girls Make Games. She is a member of Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), Society of Composers and Lyricists (SCL), and Women Industry Network (WIN).

    In her free time, Savina enjoys live music, cooking, reading, and volunteering in the community.
